Denzel Washington will be honored at the BAFTA/LA Cunrad Britianna Awards set for November 1 at the Centry Plaza Hotel.
He is scheduled to direct and star in ‘The Great Debaters, a drama based on the true story of Melvin Tolsen, an inspirational professor who led his debate team to victory. Forest Whitaker will co-star.
